Last weekend our Reynolds floor plan and home design was featured in the Parade of Homes Oklahoma. We are thankful that we were able to customize this floor plan to meet the specifications of our builder partners South 80 Homes and see this flawless plan come to life before our very eyes!

EXTERIOR
This unique 1,570 square foot row home has exquisite curb appeal with its bold geometry, understated color pallet and subtle mixed textures. Bold trim draws the eyes in and keeps this design on trend with today’s home buyer while wooden details help the home blend with its natural surroundings.
OPEN-CONCEPT FLOOR PLAN
From the covered porch, homebuyers will adore the spacious living room that includes dashing custom shelving and a panoramic, vent-free fireplace. A gorgeous open-banister staircase adds a touch of sophistication. Exposed air-ducts help this home feel edgy and modern and draw the sight line to the rear of the home.
The kitchen includes a compact pantry and an island with bar-seating for casual meals. A six-burner range, space for a 36” refrigerator, and plenty of under-counter storage elevates this custom kitchen design. A showstopping dining booth with a built-in bench makes the perfect space to share a meal or entertain. Pendant lighting in the kitchen adds even more modern flare and creates the perfect conversation piece. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door overlook the back patio and lend a light and airy aesthetic to the entire first floor.

The 8’X8.5’ study is perfect for days spent working from home. The office also includes charming custom shelving and a handsome built-in desk. A powder room with custom storage on the first floor adds value to this home’s design.

3 UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
The second floor features a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a walk-out master balcony. The master bathroom includes dual vanities and a lovely 4’X3’ shower.
Two additional bedrooms each have a standard-sized closet. A full bathroom with custom storage serves the second floor.
COVERED PATIO AND CUSTOM ADU
A large covered patio in the rear of the home is big enough to accommodate a patio furniture set.
An ADU or accessory dwelling unit is located behind the home. It includes a garage on the ground level and a suite on the second floor that would make a great guest house, accommodations for the nanny or caretaker, or a rental studio to generate extra income. The ADU features a private balcony entrance. This accessory dwelling unit would make a great addition to any home!
This ADU includes an 18” efficiency electric range, floating shelves, and a dishwasher in the kitchen, as well as a full-sized refrigerator. The living room is 9X11 and the bedroom is also 9X11. These rooms feature vaulted ceilings that help the space feel even more spacious.
A barn door separates the bathroom from the rest of the studio. The bathroom includes a 5’ garden tub, an oversized vanity, and a linen closet. There is also room for a stacked washer and dryer, a standard-sized closet, and custom shelving.
